The relationship of mother with her child is eternal and beyond anyone’s ability to disassociate. Ranadeep and Chiradeep are my two sons – their father christened their names.

He used to say that one of them is like the candle of a war – thoughts of whose future welfare encourage the parents to succeed in the struggle of life while the other is that of an eternal glowing lamp.

My younger son Chiradeep has left for the heavenly abode – but, in this memorial scholarship, meant for the welfare of needy students, he still lives among many while doing justice to his name-lamp that cannot ever extinguish.
